Canine CardioStat and Feline CardioStat are in-house rapid, point of care tests for the measurement of canine and feline NT-proBNP.
CardioStat is a simple handheld disposable test strip measuring 4 inches long that requires no special equipment or reader.
CardioStat can be performed in the office or clinic and requires just a few drops of whole blood. Results are available in under 10 minutes.
Feline CardioStat has been validated and will be demonstrated at the upcoming Western Veterinary Conference (WVC) in Las Vegas Monday,
February 18, through Wednesday, February 20, 2008. Canine CardioStat will be available in 2nd quarter 2008.
